* WHEN...Until 715 AM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low lying
and flood prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
At 712 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Raymore, Harrisonville, Pleasant Hill, Peculiar, Adrian,
Pleasanton, La Cygne, Mound City, Archie, Drexel, Linn
Valley, Freeman, Hume, East Lynne, Prescott, Lake Annette,
Amsterdam, Amoret, Strasburg and Foster.

* WHERE...Portions of north central, northwest, and west central
Missouri, including the following counties, in north central
Missouri, Caldwell, Carroll, Chariton, Daviess, Grundy, Linn,
Livingston and Sullivan. In northwest Missouri, DeKalb and Gentry.
In west central Missouri, Ray.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM CDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Flood prone roads will likely become flooded beginning
this evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
At 636 PM CDT, Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
have fallen today. Runoff from this rainfall has caused area
creeks and streams to rise. Recently State Route W has been
closed due to flooding. Additional roads will likely become
closed within the warned area due to high water.

Excelsior Springs, Cameron, Chillicothe, Trenton, Richmond,
Brookfield, Carrollton, Lawson, Milan, Hamilton, Gallatin,
Maysville, King City, Braymer, Stewartsville, Norborne, Green
City, Polo, Hardin and Jamesport.

expected.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Platte River near Agency.
* WHEN...From Friday morning to early Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Low lying areas east of Agency begin to
flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.2 feet.
Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest of 21.1 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage early Saturday morning.
Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
