Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage

* WHEN...From Friday morning to early Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Minor out of bank flooding will begin
along the river.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 11.8 feet.
Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
Flood stage is 16.0 feet.
Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late tomorrow morning to a crest of 16.1 feet early tomorrow
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow
afternoon.
