At 216 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Asher to 3 miles north of Byng. Movement
was north at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Konawa, Byng, Asher, St. Louis, and Sasakwa.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Atoka, Bryan, Carter, Coal, Comanche, Cotton, Jefferson, Johnston,
Love, Marshall, Murray, Pontotoc and Stephens and northern Texas,
including the following county, Clay.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations.
Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more
heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Very heavy rainfall over the last week has led to widespread
runoff, which has greatly reduced the amount of rain needed
for flooding to occur. Another round of storms is expected
this evening and tonight.
